How Do I Convert Vga To A Component Cable So I Can Use My Lcd Hdtv As A Monitor?

I have the convertor but the screen looks all screwed up. Is there some kind of driver I need for my pc or is there some settings that I am unaware of? I messed with my screen res on my pc but it still didn’t work. Please help.

  1. You will need a VGA to Component transcoder: http://www.digitalconnection.com/FAQ/HDT…
and you may also need a free software program called Powerstrip that can be found on the web.

  2. Converting VGA to composite will always look like crap. Does your LCD HDTV not have a VGA connector on it?? If not, sorry, you will be stuck with crappy video on your TV if you use composite…
