Keep in mind the best connection is HDMI, which some HP laptops have and virtually all HDTVs also have.  HDMI is the best and easiest way to connect a laptop to an HDTV.
Some HDTVs also have a VGA input, which most HP laptops also have.  This is also a good way to connect a laptop to an HDTV.
Both HDMI and VGA are FAR superior to S-video.  Don&#039;t use that low-definition S-video garbage except as a last resort.</description>
