It features a high performance LCD panel for high brightness, a high contrast ratio, low-reflection glare protection and wide viewing angles. The LC19SB27UT includes ATSC / NTSC tuners to receive off-air broadcasts as well as digital cable QAM capability to receive non scrambled digital cable programming. In addition, the LC19SB27UT is PC compatible and is an HDTV monitor for greater versatility. As an HDTV monitor, it is compatible with all 1080i and 720p signals from HDTV sources.

Great 19″ TV
I bought this 19″ TV to replace an older CRTV I had in my guest bedroom and so far I have been very happy with my purchase. The remote is pretty simple/basic but it gets the job done. The sound and picture quality are good and I like the overall appearance of the TV. I would recommend this TV to others. So, if you are looking for a good deal on a small LCD TV then I would recommend you look at buying this TV.
