This TV is “ok” but it is not great. The ability to get over the air channels is a joke even with a very good set of rabbit ears, much less the provided antenna. The DTV tuner is a real pain. There is no way to add, change, or delete channels. In order to make the tuner work you first must connect to a an outside antenna and scan the tuner – it pulled in 50 channels that way, then go to the portable antenna and you can see about 10 of them; but only 2 of the 8 major stations in Houston. Both converter boxes and TV’s connected to regular indoor rabbit ears will pull in all 50 stations, this TV will not. That alone shows you how poor the tuner is.

Picture is good, and 4-5 people can see it sitting from opposite sides at the kitchen table, and the sound is ok, good for 2 or 3 people. We use it every day and just live with the 2 stations it pulls in. Our real reason for buying the TV is for emergencies.
