Bought this unit last December and have used it since. No reliability issues so far. Mounted under cabinet, mine was missing the mounting template. Take care if downloading template from site as it may not print with correct dimensions. No customer support to speak of called numerous times and emailed w/o any replies.
PROS: Good picture quality, unit folds up under cabinet, wide screen format, can invert picture for different mounting positions.
CONS: Poor sound quality, esp. at higher volume, viewing angle critical under counter, does not swivel for better viewing. Poor customer service.
